The Moscow Exchange has planned the release of receipts to the Tsf
The Moscow Exchange submitted to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance a bill on issuing receipts for digital financial assets (Tsfa). This was stated by the head of the supervisory board of the exchange Sergey Shvetsov, writes RBC.
According to Shvetsov, such receipts will turn as securities, having repaid which, the owner will be able to receive the appropriate digital financial asset.
“The product is designed for those who are not ready to open accounts in distributed registers and are afraid of castodial risks, but want to work with digital assets,” he said.
The Mosbirzhi plans to obtain the status of the TsFA exchange operator and the release of the product based on these financial instruments before the end of the year.
Recall, on July 6, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law that directly prohibits the payment of goods and services with digital financial assets and utility digital rights.
At the end of June, the Russian Federation adopted a law on the taxation of the Tsf. The document does not affect cryptocurrencies.
Earlier in the same month, deputies submitted a SEC established bill providing for administrative liability for the illegal issue and exchange of CFA for consideration.
